If you currently have the card added into VeraBank Card Management section of Digital Banking and the Apps:


  1. Open the VeraBank App and sign in.
  2. Find the VeraBank debit card that you want to report lost or stolen.
  3. Tap on "Report lost or stolen"
  4. Choose whether the card was lost, stolen, fraud, or damaged.
  5. Tap on "Report lost card"


If you do not use the VeraBank Digital Banking or Apps, or the card doesn't show, please call 800-530-2265.
