If you need to report an unrecognized or incorrect transactions on your report, please identify the type of transaction(s) - debit card, ACH, or check - then look below to see how to report that transaction to the bank.


Debit Card Transactions

To report unrecognized debit card transactions:

  • Dispute online:
    1. Find the debit card transaction you need to dispute
    2. From the 3 dots on the transaction line, choose 'Dispute transactions'
    3. Choose 'Dispute transactions'
    4. Choose all the debit card transaction you need to dispute, then choose 'Continue' at the bottom
    5. Choose 'Continue dispute'
    6. Fill out the form and choose 'Submit dispute'
