How do I enable FaceID or TouchID login? Print

To enable biometrics login using FaceID and TouchID, please do to the following in the VeraBank App for Android and Apple:

1. Login

2. Go to 'Settings'

3. Under 'Security', choose 'Touch/Face ID'

4. Toggle on 'Touch ID/Face ID'

5. Enter your login credentials

6. Logout and close the app

7. Open the app and biometrics should popup automatically.

- If biometrics does not popup automatically, tap the "Face ID" button on the login page to launch it.
