CAPTCHA and reCAPTCHA are security tools used to test if an online user is really a human and not a bot.
There are several variables that determine whether or not an online user is challenged. This includes, but is not limited to:
- The user is accessing the website from a restricted country (see list below example images)
- The user is using a VPN
- The user is using a TOR browser
- The user is accessing the website from a suspicious or restricted IP address
- There is an anomaly in the users activity

Restricted Countries
Blocked Countries
Login attempts from these countries will be blocked and the login will not be allowed

- Iran
- Cuba
- Crimea regions of the Ukraine
Challenged Countries
Login attempts from these countries will always result in the user being challenged with a CAPTCHA.
