These are the steps to process a transfer to or from an external account:

  1. Login to Online Banking or the App
  2. Go to 'Move Money'
  3. Go to 'Make a Transfer'
  4. You can choose the external account in the “From Account” or the “To Account” dropdown and choose a VeraBank account for the other involved account.
  5. Enter the transfer details, amount, date, etc.
  6. Click "Transfer Funds".
  7. Click "Authorize"
  8. Choose how you want to receive your Secure Access Code.
  9. Enter the Secure Access Code and click "Verify".


Transfers to and from external accounts take 2-3 business days.
