Yes, you can edit a bill payment within Online Banking and the Apps. There are two different Bill Pay service available and instructions are provided below for both.


For Traditional Bill Pay (Pay With Bill Pay)

  1. Login
  2. Go to "Pay Bills", then "Pay with Bill Pay"
  3. On the right side of the screen, locate the pending payment under the "Pending" section
  4. To cancel the payment, click the "Edit" button next to the payment
  5. Make the needed change(s)
  6. Click "Submit"


For Biller Direct (Pay With Card)

  1. Login
  2. Go to "Pay Bills", then "Pay with Card"
  3. Click on the Biller
  4. Go to "Settings"
  5. Make the needed change(s)
