Yes, principal only payments can be made for mortgages online.
Principal only payment may also be made by mail, at a branch, or by calling 903-657-8521 or 1-877-566-2621.
To make a principal only payment online:
- Login
- Go to "Move Money" > "Pay a Loan"
- Choose the "From" account, which is the account you wish to pay the loan from
- Choose the "To" account, which is the loan you wish to make a payment on
- Choose the payment type of "Principal Only Payment"
- If you would like this payment to recur, click the "Make this a recurring transfer" box
- Click the "Submit" button
