If you currently have the card added into VeraBank Card Management section of Digital Banking and the Apps:
- Open the VeraBank App and sign in.
- Find the VeraBank debit card that you want to cancel.
- Next to the card, tap the blue button to turn the card off.
- Then please contact the bank to let us know and to request a new card.
If you do not use the VeraBank Digital Banking or Apps, or the card doesn't show, please call 800-530-2265.
